Camera Management

MOBOTIX cameras feature a mechanism for managing all the cameras within a specific group. It can be used to transmit configurations, as well as logos and audio files, from one camera to the entire group of cameras.

The user can specify which configuration area he wishes to transmit. Local cameras within the subnetwork can be scanned automatically and be entered with names assigned to enable them to be displayed directly in the multiview screen.

All the parameters for a camera are saved in a file which can be downloaded from the device or uploaded to it via the browser or PC. This means that the configuration status is easy to back up, to restore if necessary or to distribute to other cameras.
